Todas las propuestas fueron rechazadas por IU<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><i>Mieres, 19 de mayo de 2021.<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"> El concejo de Mieres no ha cumplido los objetivos fijados por la Uni\u00f3n Europea que establec\u00edan que los municipios deb\u00edan alcanzar unas tasas de reutilizaci\u00f3n y reciclaje de basura del 50% en el a\u00f1o 2020. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Desde el Grupo Municipal Socialista, siempre hemos presentado diferentes propuestas con la finalidad de cumplir con las metas de la UE, y la respuesta de IU siempre ha sido la misma, \u201cNO\u201d. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Hemos se\u00f1alado siempre al equipo de gobierno que a la ciudadan\u00eda hay que proporcionarle los medios para que el reciclaje sea un gesto natural. Informar, facilitar, favorecer y estimular a cada persona a contribuir a la reducci\u00f3n de residuos, con la posibilidad de obtener tambi\u00e9n alg\u00fan beneficio y no solo sanciones para el infractor, indica la portavoz del Grupo Socialista, Gloria Mu\u00f1oz. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Desde el Ayuntamiento se han realizado acciones de reciclaje en el municipio, pero no han sido suficientes, no sirve escudarse en que esa es la realidad media de la comunidad, a\u00f1ade Mu\u00f1oz. Nuestra obligaci\u00f3n es mejorar nuestro entorno y para eso presentamos propuestas como construir nuevos puntos limpios en distintas zonas del concejo, instalar contenedores para reciclar c\u00e1psulas de caf\u00e9, aceite, etc\u2026 el concejal de Medio Ambiente del consistorio mierense, lleg\u00f3 a justificar su rechazo asegurando que \u201cno son una prioridad porque las cifras no son alarmantes\u201d. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">En palabras de la portavoz socialista, \u201ccada vez estamos m\u00e1s cerca de tener que pagar por todo aquello que no reciclamos, esto incrementar\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s nuestra tasa. Tasa que se elev\u00f3 mientras se recortaron los servicios de recogida, sobre todo en los pueblos\u201d. Por eso nuestra moci\u00f3n para este pleno se centra en conseguir puntos limpios m\u00f3viles para todas las zonas donde se carece de ellos. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Ahora, que ya no hay marcha atr\u00e1s, somos los vecinos y vecinas del municipio quienes deberemos hacer frente a las consecuencias de la falta de responsabilidad del equipo de gobierno de IU en Mieres en materia de reciclaje <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">y los socialistas, no nos resignamos a esa inacci\u00f3n que nos saldr\u00e1 cara, y no solo en dinero, a\u00f1ade Mu\u00f1oz. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>El Grupo Municipal Socialista (PSOE) en el Ayuntamiento de Mieres<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">, al amparo de lo establecido en el Reglamento de Organizaci\u00f3n, Funcionamiento y R\u00e9gimen Jur\u00eddico de las entidades Locales, presenta para su debate y aprobaci\u00f3n en Pleno la siguiente moci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><b> <\/b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Creaci\u00f3n de puntos limpios itinerantes <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">EXPOSICI\u00d3N DE MOTIVOS <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">MOCI\u00d3N <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>EXPOSICI\u00d3N DE MOTIVOS<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Como administraci\u00f3n local debemos facilitar la informaci\u00f3n, la formaci\u00f3n y los medios para que el proceso de reciclar se acerque lo m\u00e1s posible al deseado punto de \u201cresiduos cero\u201d. Este proceso hac\u00eda una econom\u00eda circular sostenible no es tan r\u00e1pido como nos gustar\u00eda. Sigue siendo muy necesaria la informaci\u00f3n, la proximidad y la simplicidad de los medios adem\u00e1s de promover incentivos positivos antes que las sanciones. Por todo ello, el Grupo Socialista (PSOE) en el Ayuntamiento de Mieres presenta ante el Pleno para su debate y aprobaci\u00f3n, si procede, la siguiente<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">Por todo ello, el Grupo Socialista (PSOE) en el Ayuntamiento de Mieres presenta ante el Pleno para su debate y aprobaci\u00f3n, si procede, la siguiente<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"><b>MOCI\u00d3N<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u2022 <span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">La creaci\u00f3n de Puntos Limpios Itinerantes por las zonas rurales de nuestro municipio. \u2022 Se elabore una campa\u00f1a informativa sobre contenidos, recorridos, e importancia de su uso. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">En Mieres 14 de mayo de 2021<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Fdo.
