Qui\u00e9n ce\u00f3 el \u00e1rea? quien puso la caseta? qui\u00e9n lo siega aunque sea a veces tarde? Qu\u00e9 impuesto paga por tener un perro? Hay muchos mierenses que pagan los impuestos que usted expresa y no tienen perros y que se sepa ellos no protestan de que usted y su animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda disfrute de este area que ellos ni pisan.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>PREGUNTAS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00bfQui\u00e9n es el responsable de estas contestaciones? con esta y similares faltas de respeto a la ciudadan\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfEsta opini\u00f3n es la del equipo de gobierno, la del concejal responsable, la de un t\u00e9cnico municipal que sigue una orden?<\/li>\n<li>Si no responde a ning\u00fan de las tres premisas previas, como es posible que se permita emitir opiniones personales y en ocasiones
